TOS/CONTRACT1. General DisclaimersI reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel uncomfortable or am unable to complete the commission.Skins can take 2-3 weeks to make due to my availability. I am a full time student working 10-5 or longer depending on projects, so I’d really only be able to work on commissions over the weekend.2. PaymentPayment is done via PayPal or my Kofi.Kofi - commission me on my Kofi page, the website accepts multiple payment methods.Paypal - payment is paid 50% upfront, the rest is paid after a commission is complete.There will be a rush fee set in stone in the future. There isn’t one as of yet.3. Client ObligationsSkin files will be sent to clients via discord or email. It is a very small file so doesn’t take up a lot of storage.Progress will be sent as I make the skin, we will communicate either via email, TikTok, discord or Instagram,.When commissioning me, please be sure to provide references for the commission you want, the more images and descriptive text you send the better I am able to understand what exactly it is that you want.I will be coming to you for questions or queries about the commission if I am stuck or need your opinion. I will only be choosing and accepting commissions that provide me with enough information to complete the commission.Please keep in contact with me. Whether it be through TikTok, emails or discord, if you have commissioned me and sent me through the money you are obligated to keep in contact. If you do not answer any messages or email within 48 hours your commission will be put on hold until I get a response.4. Copyright and UsageSkins are for personal use, you CAN use them in videos if you stream or are a content creator.You must credit or tag me in social media, bios or any form of digitally sharing your commissioned work.I retain the rights over any commissioned works.I reserve the right to post my work on social media whether that be as posts or videos.I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the skins.5. Cancellations and Refunds.Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.You may cancel the commission at any time after which a refund will be issued equivalent to the amount of work not done.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.If you have any questions regarding commissions send me an email to:
